Laurine Pédrono, appointed Head of Marketing and
Communication for PICHON and SAMSON
SAMSON GROUP A/S, Europe’s leading manufacturer of organic fertiliser application equipment, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Laurine Pédrono as Marketing and Communications Manager for PICHON and SAMSON.
With a Master’s degree in Communication, Laurine Pédrono has over 8 years’ experience in the agricultural machinery sector. She began her career in 2014 with slurry tanker manufacturer PICHON, where she has since worked to develop the brand in France. With this appointment, Laurine Pédrono will ensure the development of the SAMSON and PICHON brands in France and internationally, bringing her know-how and experience to the service of SAMSON GROUP.
Commenting on the appointment, Peter Thorn, SAMSON GROUP Market Director, said: “Laurine Pedrono is the culture carrier of the PICHON and SAMSON brand image and values. During her most recent appointment, she has demonstrated an outstanding ability to execute on strategic initiatives primarily for PICHON. This appointment is part of the acceleration of the Group’s external growth plans and reflects the Group’s determination to consolidate its position as European leader and to step up its development to become a key player in the recovery of organic fertilisers. Working closely with all the Group’s departments and entities, Laurine Pédrono will be responsible for implementing the Group’s communications strategy for the brands PICHON and SAMSON.
