CEO SUCCESSION IN SAMSON GROUP A/S
After 15 years as CEO in SAMSON GROUP A/S Lars Henriksen retires 7. January 2027 and hand over the position to Kristian Breitenbauch, who has been appointed CEO with effect from 8. January 2027.
Lars Henriksen will continue part-time as Strategic Advisor to the new CEO, supporting continuity and an effective leadership transition.
Christian Junker, Chairman of the Board, comments: “Lars has made a substantial contribution to the development of SAMSON GROUP A/S during almost 15 years of dedicated leadership. We are pleased that his extensive experience and knowledge, in a transition phase, will remain available to SAMSON GROUP A/S in his future role as Strategic Advisor.”
About Kristian Breitenbauch
Kristian Breitenbauch holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration and has more than 20 years of experience within technical manufacturing and international business. Most recently, he served for more than eight years as CEO of Advansor A/S, an international technology company specialising in sustainable CO₂-based climate solutions.

In the 2025/26 financial year, SAMSON GROUP A/S employed on average 578 employees, of which 336 were employed in Denmark, 179 in France, 49 in Poland and 14 in Sweden.
SAMSON GROUP A/S today consists of manufacturing companies SAMSON AGRO A/S (Denmark), SAMSON AGRO SASU (France) and SAMSON AGRO Ap.z o.o. (Poland), as well as the commercial companies Samson Agrolize A/S (Denmark) and Samson Agrolize AB (Sweden), which handle sales and service for the Group’s two brands, SAMSON and PICHON, in Denmark and Sweden respectively.
Since it was founded in 1943, SAMSON GROUP A/S has focused its activities on the development, production and distribution of machinery and equipment for the application of natural fertilizers in fields. Its main products are slurry tankers, muck spreaders and application tools (booms, injectors, incorporators). These are all products that contribute to sustainable, reasonable agriculture that takes account of both the environment and people.
