The ASM will be SAMSON-Agros’ face externally, and will be responsible for the sale of the PICHON and SAMSON brands in UK & Ireland.

SAMSON GROUP A/S is European leader within development, manufacturing and marketing of machines and equipment for environmentally application of natural fertilizers in the field. With a broad product range, SAMSON GROUP A/S is the market leader in agriculture’s demand for innovative and environmentally friendly quality solutions for the application of natural fertilizers.

The product range consists of slurry tankers, incorporators/injectors, drip hose booms and muck and universal spreaders, all of which contribute to the balance of sustainable agriculture.

The products are marketed under the SAMSON and PICHON brands and are sold internationally through a strong dealer network. In Denmark and Sweden, the products are marketed via SAMSON GROUP’s own trading companies.

Production takes place at our three factories in Denmark, France, and Poland, and the product development activities take place in Denmark and France.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be to expand our market in the UK and Ireland by developing the SAMSON and PICHON dealer structure in collaboration with the service and spare parts department. Through a close and direct contact with dealers and end-customers you ensure, that they gain and develop knowledge of SAMSON and PICHON’s products at all levels.

Furthermore, you will drive activities in the markets in the form of product presentations, best practices regarding the application of livestock slurry and manure. You will also participate in the daily sales work and other sales related activities at the factories in connection with customers’ factory visits and courses.

Your qualifications

We expect you to have a proven track record of a similar fieldwork of building up a solid market position. Your experience from the farming machine industry enables you to see products etc. from end-customers’ perspective and makes you capable of handling our products.

Your educational background is within sales and/or engineering in combination with experience from a similar position perhaps as Product Manager.
